Saying Goodbye

To our valued customers,

It is with heavy hearts that we are announcing that 3 Level Graphics will be closing in the coming months. After careful consideration, we have determined that we cannot continue to run our business in the way we feel best serves you, our customers and friends. Over the past 5 years, we have been extremely fortunate to have met so many wonderful people, and have been able to foster great relationships and friendships. Whether you have been with us from the beginning, when we were working out of our basement, have used us for only a small job, or have come in to browse our retail section for school spirit wear, you have been an integral part of our story, and we are truly grateful for your support. 

Running our own business gave us freedom and flexibility that allowed us even more time with our children than “regular” jobs ever could have. It allowed us to teach our children lessons in hard work, independence, and the importance of chasing after dreams.  It will now help us teach them that it is ok when things don’t work out the way you had planned or hoped; sometimes we have to adapt, change directions, and grow in a new way. We truly put our blood, sweat, and tears into building this business, and did our best to be a positive part of our community. We wish things had worked out more in our favor, but recognize that it is time for a change. Now, it is time for us to start writing a new story.

So, what does this mean for you? For anyone who currently has a job lined up with us, please rest assured that your items will be completed with the same care and attention as always. As we prepare to close, we will be taking additional jobs on a case by case basis, and only if we feel that we will have the time needed to complete them the right way. We will be working on selling off equipment, blank inventory, and decorated retail items. During this time, our hours will vary, as we are going to be adjusting to new schedules and routines. We recommend calling or emailing ahead of time if you need to pick up items to ensure that we are available. We will likely move to an appointment only system the closer we get to our final days. We will post updates on Instagram and Facebook over the next few weeks, and will announce our final date once we have a few more details ironed out.
